We stand behind the quality of the content we create and are confident that Founder's Backroom provides immense value to new and aspiring founders. However, we also understand that sometimes circumstances change.

1. Digital Course Refund Policy

1.1 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour, no-questions-asked refund policy for all digital course purchases.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase timestamp.

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us at support@foundersbackroom.com

  • Use the same email address you used at checkout

  • Include your order confirmation number or receipt

  • Submit your request within the 24-hour window from the time of your transaction

No justification is required, but we may follow up to understand how we can improve.

1.2 Final Sale After 24 Hours

After 24 hours from the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits beyond this period under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of use or inactivity

  • Disagreement with course content, delivery style, or learning pace

  • Duplicate purchases made under separate emails

  • Unused or unaccessed course materials

This policy is in place because all Founder's Backroom content is digital, and immediate access is granted at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

If you are enrolled in a monthly recurring membership, you may cancel at any time to avoid future billing. However:

  • Refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle after 24 hours post-payment.

  • Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

You are responsible for managing your subscription via the Account Dashboard or by contacting support prior to your next billing date.

3. Exceptions

We reserve the right to grant refunds outside the 24-hour window solely at our discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized use

  • Technical errors on our part (e.g. failure to deliver access)

Such exceptions are rare and will be evaluated individually by our support team.

4. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates our Terms of Service and may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of all course access and community membership

  • Reporting to fraud prevention systems

  • Ban from future purchases
