Chapter 9: Contract Writing
If you’ve ever worked a W-2 job, than you’ve signed an Employment Agreement. The only difference now is that you’re on the other side of the contract. There’s not a whole lot of substantive differences between employment agreements and contractor agreements outside of the nature of the relationship and various possible legal or regulatory considerations. Lets take a look at this example:
