Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) prevent one or both parties from sharing confidential information related to the other company. Oftentimes if you’re partnering with a person or company, that contract with have an NDA clause, but sometimes it’s helpful to sign a separate NDA upfront for sensitive conversations. Also, NDA’s can be one or two sided, meaning it can either be binding for both parties (mutual NDA) or directed at a single party. Let’s see an example:
